I decided to make some asymmetric earrings for anyone who is brave enough to wear them.

They consist of one long dangly earring and one shorter ear stud with the individual items in the reverse order.

The ‘stones’ (or cabochons) are fused glass consisting of two layers of glass, clear glass on top of turquoise. These are all set in fine silver bezels. The bezels for the small cabochons were very fiddly to make. All other parts of the earrings are sterling silver.

The ear pin is soldered onto the cross piece on the back of the bezel.
